Thessaloniki Film Dept

The Film Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was established in 2003 as the first higher education institute of film studies in Greece. Its mission and objective is to cultivate and promote the art of film, within the frameworkof a broader audiovisual education. This is accomplished through academic and applied research and teaching so that the Department provides to its graduates the qualifications that would ensure their competence in their artistic, scientific and professional career and development.
